GP 11 Checking the Billing Meters
The purpose is to display the number of prints or copies made.
Procedure
1. Enter the Diagnostic Mode (GP 1).
2. Press the Menu button until METER is displayed.
3. Press the Item Enter button. READ MASTER is displayed.
4. Press the Item Enter button.
5. Use the Up and Down arrow buttons to scroll through the menu of billing meter values
(Table 1).
NOTE: The XX in the following table will represent the values that have been counted,
and will appear as numerals on the display.
GP 14 Printing a Configuration Page
The purpose is to allow the Service Representative to print a machine configuration page.
1. Press the Menu button on the Printer until PRINT PAGES FROM LIST appears on the
display.
2. Pressing the Up or Down Arrow buttons displays the following menu items:
• PRINT CONFIGURATION
• PRINT TEST PATTERN
• PRINT EVENT LOG
• PRINT DEMO PAGE
• PRINT JOB LOG
• PRINT PCL FONT LIST
• PRINT PS FONT LIST
• PRINT MENU HELP
• PRINT TEST PAGE
3. Press the Item/Enter button until PRINT CONFIGURATION appears on the display.
4. Press the Item/Enter button to print the page.
5. A Configuration report will be delivered to the tray.
