Initial Issue
REP 8.37 Inverter Sensor

Removal
WARNING
To avoid personal injury or shock, do not perform repair activities with the power switch
on or electrical power applied to the machine.
1. Switch off the machine power and disconnect the machine Power Cord.
2. Remove the Feeder Left Cover.
3. Remove the Inverter/Lower Assembly. (REP 8.35)
4. Remove the Inverter Roll (Figure 1)

5. Remove the Inverter Sensor. (Figure 2)

Replacement
1. Perform the removal procedure in reverse.

Remove the
E-ring, gear,
E-ring, and
bearing

Remove the E-ring and bearing

Remove the
Inverter Roll
1
Remove the two screws
and the Chute
Chute
2
Disconnect the
connector
3
Release the
locking tabs and
remove the
Inverter Sensor
