Repairs and Adjustments
Replacement
1. Reinstall the Belt Cleaner (Figure 2).
2. Reset the Belt Cleaner counter (counter clear).

Removal
WARNING
To avoid personal injury or shock, do not perform repair activities with the power switch
on or electrical power applied to the machine.
1. Switch off the machine power and disconnect the machine Power Cord.
2. Remove the Belt Cleaner (REP 9.17).
CAUTION
Do not touch the IBT Belt or BTR 2 Assembly, or allow the BTR 2 Assembly to touch other
components during the removal.
3. Remove the BTR 2 Assembly (Figure 1).
Replacement
1. Reinstall the BTR 2 Assembly in the reverse order of removal.
2. Push the BTR 2 Assembly firmly into place.

the rear and hold

With the flat of E-ring at
the top of the pin, push
the shaft into the slot
above the dot on frame

Fully seat the Belt
Cleaner

Remove the BTR
2 Assembly from
the left side of
machine
