Raising and lowering thevehicle level
Using theremote control
The remote control is locatedinaholder on the
B‑pillaronthe driver's side. Remove theremote
control from theholder beforeuse.
Electronic levelcontrol performsaself-checkreg‐
ularly when it is activated and while in use. Indi‐
cator lamp 1 on theremote control lights up for
approximately one second when youswitch on
either theignition or electronic levelcontrol with
button 4.
Thereisamalfunction if indicator lamp 1
behavesinthe following ways:

theindicator lampdoes notlight up when you
switchonthe ignition or electronic levelcon‐
trol
or
R
theindicator lampdoes notgoout afterone
second
or
R
theindicator lampthen lights up again or
flashes
In addition,awarning tone is emitted from the
remote control forapproximately 30 seconds.
The fault that has been detected can be shown
using theindicator lamps (signaling of fault
codes).

Park thevehicle, leaving theignition switched
on.

To raise or lowerthe vehiclelevel: press
and hold button 2 or 3 until thevehicle
levelreaches therequired height.
The indicator lamponbutton 2 or 3
flashes as longasthe vehicle levelisbeing
changed. When thevehicle levelhas been set,
theindicator lamponbutton 2 or 3 lights
up.

To lowerautomatically: brieflypress button

Electroniclevelcontrol automaticallylowers
thevehicle down to thelowest position.
The indicator lamponbutton 3 flashes as
longasthe vehicle levelisbeing changed.
When thevehicle levelhas been set, theindi‐
cator lamponbutton 3 lights up.
