drains thebattery.

Checkthe charge levelofthe battery.

Connecting equipment to thediagnostics connec‐
tion can lead to emissions monitoring information
being reset, forexample. This maylead to the
vehicle failing to meetthe requirements of the
next emissions inspection during themain
inspection.
Notesonchanges to theengine output
Output increases can:

lead to malfunctions.

result in consequential damage.
The operating safetyofthe engine is notguaran‐
teed in all situations.
Anytampering withthe engine management in
order to increase theengine output will lead to
theloss of theNew Vehicle Limited Warrantyand
other warrantyentitlements.
If yousell thevehicle, informthe buyer of any
alterations to thevehicle's engine output. If you
do notinformthe buyer,this mayconstitutea
punishable offense under nationallegislation.
Qualifiedspecialist workshop
Aqualified specialistworkshop has thenecessary
special skills, tools and qualificationstocorrectly
carry out anynecessaryworkonyour vehicle.
This particularly applies to safety-relevant works.

checks if it Mercedes-Benz has your registration
data.

registeredtoyou yet:

Your vehicle has notyet been inspected at an
authorized Mercedes-Benz Center.
It is advisable to registeryour vehicle withan

InformMercedes-Benzassoon as possible about
anychangeinaddress or vehicle ownership.

Correct use of thevehicle
