To remove thecovers of themounting
shells: push clip 1 in thedirection of the
arrow and detach cover 2 by removing it at
an angle upwards and back.

Push release handle 2 forthe benchseat all
theway down and hold it therewhile tilting
thebenchseat backwards slightlyatthe
same time using therelease handle and pull it
slightly backwards.
#
Letgoofthe release handle.
The locks on thebenchseat legs will be
unlockedand redindicator tabs 3 on the
housing of release handle 2 will be visible.

Hold theunlockedbenchseat by grab han‐
dles 1 and pull backwards slightly.
#
Tilt benchseat 1 backwards and pull it out
of themounting shells.

If thebenchseat cannot be pulled out of the
mounting shells, thebenchseat maybe
wedged in theseat anchorage. This can hap‐
pen if thebenchseat is tilted toofar back‐
wards.
If thebenchseat cannot be pulled out of the
mounting shells, youcan rectify this situation as
follows:

Tilt thebenchseat forwards without engaging
it.
#
Pull thebenchseat backwards again using
release handle 2.
#
Tilt thebenchseat backwards slightlyand
pull it out of themounting shells.
#
To remove or storethe benchseat, place it
next to themounting shells and roll it towards
therear-end doors.

#
Liftthe benchseat out from theside to store
it.
