Note that insufficient or excessivetirepres‐
sureshortens theservice lifeofthe tires.

Forthis reason,checkthe tirepressure
regularly;atleastevery 14 days.
Vehicles with atirepressuremonitor: youcan
also checkthe tirepressureusing theon-board
computer.
Onlycorrect tirepressurewhenthe tires are
cold. Conditions forcold tires:

The vehicle has been parkedwiththe tires out
of direct sunlight foratleast threehours.
R
The vehicle has traveled less than 1mile
(1.6 km).
Arise in thetiretemperatureof18°F(10 °C)
increases thetirepressurebyapprox.10kPa
(0.1bar/1.5 psi). Take this intoaccount when
checking thetirepressureofwarmtires.
The tirepressurerecommended forincreased
load/speedinthe tirepressuretable mayaffect
theride comfort.

WARNING Risk of accident dueto
unsuitable accessories on tirevalve
If youmountunsuitable accessories ontotire
valves, thetirevalves maybeoverloaded and
malfunction,whichcan cause aloss of tire
pressure. Aftermarkettirepressuremonitor‐
ing systems will cause thetirevalvetoremain
open,depending on thedesign. This can also
result in aloss of tirepressure.

capsspecifically approvedbyMercedes-
Benz foryour vehicle ontothe tirevalve.

rear axle is alwaysthe recommended tirepres‐
surefor afull load.

The tirepressuretable can be found on theseat
base or on theB‑pillar on thedriver's side.

tirepressure forthe tires installed at thefactory
on this vehicle. The recommended tirepressures
arevalid forcold tires and different vehicle load
conditions.
If one or moretiresizes precede atirepressure,
thetirepressureinformation following is only
valid forthose tiresizes.
If thepreceding tiresizes aresupplemented by
the + symbol, thetirepressureinformation
following shows alternativetirepressures.
The load conditions"partiallyladen"and "fully
laden"are definedinthe table forvarying
weights.
Sometirepressuretables onlyshowthe rim
diameterinstead of thecomplete tiresize, e.g.
