If awarning is displayedinthe instrument display,
themultimedia system offers to search forarest
area. Youcan selectarestareaand startnaviga‐
tiontothis rest area. This function can be activa‐
tedand deactivated in themultimedia system.
If ATTENTION ASSISTisdeactivated, the é
symbol appearsinthe assistance graphicinthe
instrument display when theengine is running.
ATTENTION ASSISTisactivated automatically
when theengine is re-started. The lastselected
sensitivity levelremainsstored.
System limitations
ATTENTION ASSISTisactiveinthe 37 mph
(60 km/h) to 124mph (200 km/h)speedrange.
Thefunctionality of ATTENTION ASSISTisrestric‐
ted, and warnings maybedelayedornot occur at
all, in thefollowing situations:
