With measurement using a PROFIdrive telegram, only one measuring input can be active at
the same time on an actual value or encoder in the PROFIdrive telegram. A maximum of two
measuring inputs can be con󹪝gured using PROFIdrive on an actual value or encoder in the
PROFIdrive telegram.
6. To correct the measuring time point, set a correction time.

encoder)" is created and can be used.

8.7.3.1 Basic positioner
Overview
The basic positioner (EPOS) calculates the traversing pro󹪝le for the time-optimized traversing of
the axis to the target position.
Requirement
• The device con󹪝guration is completely executed (an encoder has been assigned).
• The con󹪝guration in the guided quick startup has been completely executed.
• Control mode "Positioning" is activated in the quick startup step "Application".
