To remove air f rom the system, proceed as follows:
1. Fill the radiator to the bottom of the filler neck.
Leave the radiator cap off.
2. Start the engine and vary the rpm between low
idle and 1500 rpm for 3 minutes.
3. Increase the rpm to maximum until the thermostat
opens (upper radiator hose becomes hot), and
then for a further 10 minutes to allow the air to es-
cape.
4. Return to idle and stop the engine after 1 minute
(turbocharger precaution!).
5. Fill the radiator to the level indicator A (Fig. 82)
and reinstall the radiator cap.

S 47.5 % water
S 47.5 % antifreeze
S 5% conditioner
The quality of water should not exceed the following
limits:
S Total hardness: 0.3 %
S Chlorides : 0.1 %
S Sulphates : 0.1 %
Antifreeze: AGRIFLU (ref. NH900A)
Conditioner: NALCOOL3000 ESE-M99B169-A
