number.
MATH<x> specifies the math waveform as the search source, where <x> = 1, 2, 3
or 4.
REF<x> specifies the reference waveform as the se arch source, where <x> =
1, 2, 3 or 4.

for the A trigger to Channel 2.
SEARCH:SEARCH1:TRIGGER:A: EDGE:SOURCE? might return

Channel 2 edge trigger is the source for search 1.
