When the brake fluid

bubbles. tighten
the bleed valve. remove the brake bleeder lube and

stall the bleed valve dust cap.

Tighten the screws securely . .

Test the feel
of
the brake lever. It should be
firm and should off

the same resistance each time
it's operated.
If

is
likely thaI there
is
still
air
in
the system and it must be bled again.
When
a
ll
air has been bled fr
om
the system and
the fluid level is
correc
t in the reservoir. double-
check
fo
r leaks and lig
ht
en all
fi
ll ings and
connections.

valve on the caliper assembl

2. Connect the bleed hose to the bleed

e caliper assembly (

Pla

the other end of the tube into a clean
container.
Fill the container with enough fresh
brake fluid to keep the end submerged. The lube
should be long enough so that a loop can
be made

than the bleed
va

ve
to prevent air from
being drawn into the calip
er
during bleeding.
