Bolt Tightening
The

linder head is held
in
place with 4 nuts
al the
lOp
under
th
e
cy
linder head cover. There are
also 2
cy

nd
er head-to-cylinder nuts. one al the
front and one at the rear.
There are 2
cy
linder-to-crankcase nuts.

The nuts should be tightened after the first 600
miles
(1.000 km) of the purchase
ofa
new bike and
at the

me
mileage after the
cy
linder head
ha

been removed
for
service.
NOTE
In
some
cases Ihe cylinder

d wilh the engine

frame.
This
depends

the
manufacluring tolerances
of

spe-
cific frame.

the
frame
is
a little on

'small" side from

Remove
the
cover and rubber cus

ons.
