Headlight Removal and Installation

Removal
1) Remove the combination meter. Refer to
“Combination Meter Removal and Installation in
Section 9C (Page 9C-2)”.
2) Remove the headlight cover screws (1).
3) Remove the headlight covers (2).
4) Disconnect the position light coupler (3).
5) Disconnect the headlight coupler (4).
6) Remove the headlight assembly.
7) Remove the headlight as shown in the headlight
construction. Refer to “Headlight Construction
(Page 9B-3)”.
Installation
Installation is in the reverse order of removal. Pay
attention to the following point:
• After installing, be sure to inspect the headlight beam.
Refer to “Headlight Beam Adjustment (Page 9B-6)”.
