This command controls the clearing of persistence data that has been built up over
time. Persistence is valid for wave views only.

Arguments
OFF disables the autosc ale feature.
ON enables the autoscale feature.
<NR1> = 0 disables the autoscale feature; any other value enables the autoscale
feature.
