Arguments
FALL specifies the falling edge of the waveform.
RISE specifies the rising edge of the waveform.
BOTH specifies both a rising and falling edge of the waveform.
SAMEas specifies that both edges of the waveform are the same.
OPPositeas specifies that the edges of the waveform are not the same.
Examples
MEASUrement:MEAS1:TOEdge FALL specifies the to edge is the falling edge
of the waveform.
MEASUrement:MEAS1:TOEdge? might return : MEASUREMENT:MEAS1:TOEDGE
SAMEAS
indicating that both edges of the waveform are the same.

This command sets or queries the to edge search direction for the measure ment.
The measure ment number is specified by x.
