Arguments
<NR3> is the value used as the mid reference level of the rising edge when the
measurement's ref level method is set to absolute.

reference level to 10.0 mV.
MEASUrement:REF1:REFLevel s:ABSolute:RISEMid? might return

the mid reference level is 0.0 V.
