Loading into the DVD changer*
The DVD changer* has a fixed magazine
with six trays.
1 Disc slot
2 Load button (all magazine trays)
3 Magazine tray buttons 1 to 6
i Each magazine tray button 3 indicates the
status of the corresponding magazine tray by
means of an LED.
ì•« LED off = magazine tray is empty
ì•« LED constantly lit = magazine tray is loaded
Loading an individual magazine tray
왘 Press desired magazine tray button 3.
If a disc is loaded, it will be ejected.
왘 Take the disc out of slot 1.
왘 Wait until the LED for magazine button
3 which you pressed flashes quickly.
왘 Slide a disc into slot 1.
The DVD changer* draws the disc in
and plays it if:
ì•« it has been loaded correctly
ì•« it is a permissible type of disc
Loading all six magazine trays
왘 Press load button 2.
The DVD changer* checks the load sta-
tus of all magazine trays and switches
to the first empty tray.
왘 Wait until the LED for corresponding
magazine tray button 3 flashes quick-
ly.
왘 Slide a disc into slot 1.
The DVD changer* switches to the next
empty magazine tray.
왘 Repeat the last two steps until all trays
are loaded.
The DVD changer* plays the last disc
you loaded if it has been inserted cor-
rectly and if it is a permissible type.
i Not all PCMCIA cards and storage media are
designed for the temperatures which occur in
the vehicle.
Due to the wide range of PCMCIA cards available
on the market, it cannot be guaranteed that play-
back will be possible with every make of PCMCIA
card.
