Memory function*
You can store up to three different settings
using the memory button.
The following settings are stored as a sin-
gle memory preset for the driver’s seat:
ì•« Seat position and lumbar support ad-
justment
ì•« Dynamic driving seat*: activated/
deactivated
ì•« Multi-contour seat*: last setting made
ì•« Steering wheel position
앫 Exterior mirror position on the driver’s
and front-passenger side
The memory button and the storage posi-
tion buttons are located on the door con-
trol panel.
M Memory button
1, 2, 3 Storage position buttons
왘 Make sure that the key is in position 1
or 2 in the ignition lock or a door is
open.
왘 To store: adjust the seat (컄 page 259).
왘 On the driver’s side, also adjust the
steering wheel (
컄 page 268) and the
mirrors (
컄 page 269).
왘 Press the M memory button.
왘 Press one of storage position switches
1, 2 or 3 within three seconds.
The settings are stored in this storage
position.
왘 Press and hold relevant storage posi-
tion switch 1, 2 or 3 until the seat,
steering wheel and mirrors have moved
to the stored position.
i The seat, steering wheel and mirror setting
procedure is interrupted as soon as you release
the storage position switch. The multi-contour
seat* setting or the lumbar support adjustment
are still carried out.
Memory function*
G Risk of accident
Only activate the memory function on the
driver’s side when the vehicle is stationary.
You could otherwise be distracted by a
spontaneous movement of the steering
wheel or seat.
