The Bluetooth receiver is located in the
stowage compartment in the rear armrest.
Information about how to operate the
Bluetooth receiver can be found in the
“Second receiver in the rear” supplement.
The infrared reflecting glass prevents the
vehicle interior from becoming too hot. The
reflecting glass also blocks radio waves up
into the gigahertz range.
If you wish to fit radio-controlled equip-
ment (e.g. toll recording systems) in your
vehicle, you must mount it to the black col-
oured areas in the windscreen behind the
rear-view mirror and to the left or right of
the rain sensor.
The remote control integrated in the rear-
view mirror allows you to operate up to
three different door and gate systems.
You can program the transmitter buttons.
i The garage door opener is only available for
certain countries. Observe the legal require-
ments in all countries concerned.
It may not be possible to operate some garage
door opening systems with the integrated re-
mote control. You can obtain detailed informa-
tion from any Mercedes-Benz Service Centre.

Only press the transmitter button on the in-
tegrated remote control if there are no per-
sons or objects present within the sweep of
the garage door. Persons could otherwise
be injured as the door moves.
