왘 Select “Destination” “From POIs”

왘 Proceed as described in “Selecting the
country” (
컄 page 148) if necessary.
왘 To enter the town: select “Town”.
The town input menu appears.
왘 Proceed as described in the “Entering
the town” section (

왘 After you have entered the town, con-
tinue with designating the special des-
tination category (
컄 page 164).
Option 2
왘 Enter an address in the address input
menu (
컄 page 147).
왘 Select “POI”.
왘 Continue with designating the special
destination category (
컄 page 164).
i This function gives you quick access to spe-
cial destinations which are of national interest in
the country you have selected. The following cat-
egories are available:
앫 “MOTORWAY ACCESS”
앫 “MOTORWAY JUNCTION”
앫 “MOTORWAY SERVICES”
앫 “AIRPORT”
앫 “BORDER CROSSING”
Not all categories are available in all countries.
왘 Select “Destination” “From POIs”
“Global POI” in map view with the menu
system displayed (
컄 page 141).
The category list appears. The country
currently set is shown at the top.
왘 To select a different country: select
“Country”.
The country list appears.
왘 Select the desired country.
If there are no special destinations for
the selected country, you will see a
message to this effect.
왘 To close the message: select
“OK”.
You can select a country again.
If there are special destinations, you
will see the category list again.
왘 Proceed as described in the section en-
titled “Main category list without input
characters” from operating step “To se-
lect a main category” onwards
