Vehicle identification plates
The vehicle identification plate is affixed to
the bottom of the B-pillar in the door frame
on the front-passenger side.

In addition to the VIN on the vehicle identi-
fication plate, the vehicle identification
number may also be found behind the cen-
tre armrest in the rear compartment.

왘 Fold down the centre armrest in the
rear compartment.
Vehicle identification number 1 is un-
der a cover in the centre armrest.
The engine number is engraved on the en-
gine (crankcase). More information can be
obtained from any Mercedes-Benz Service
Centre.
