Reading this line from left to right we count 15 repetitions for "3" and the table below how

shows how the firmware calculates the actual value of the setting. The count for Charge

ID1 exceeds 15 counts for the remaining IDs are set to "0".

The firmware takes the number of times the each ID is repeated and converts this reading

first to binary, hexadecimal, and then finally to decimal to determine the actual value of the

setting that will be used.

In the table above we can see that the hexadecimal value "FC00" converts to decimal

"64512" so this means that SP1224 is set to "64512".

4.6.4 CHARGE PITCH TABLE

The variables that determine which value is retrieved from the Charge Pitch Table are 1)

the ID determined with the Temperature/Humidity Table, 2) the the paper type, 3) whether

printing will be done on Side 1 or Side 2.

The tables below are the Charge Pitch Tables stored in NVRAM before the printer is

shipped from the factory.

What to do if I see 'SC993 High voltage leak' on my Ricoh All in One Printer?

  If your Ricoh All in One Printer shows the error 'SC993 High voltage leak', it means the leak detection signal went ON and didn't change, possibly due to ink or condensation on the transport belt. First, try cycling the printer off and on. Then, raise the top cover and inspect the transfer belt surface. You can also run the De-Condensation function by pushing [Menu], selecting "Maintenance"> "De-Condensation" to feed 3 sheets of blank paper through the paper path. Clean any ink from the transport belt. If the issue persists, the HVPS pack may need replacement.
