NOTE:
• When filling the system or reserve tank with coolant,
or checking the coolant level, support the scooter
with its centerstand
on
a flat, level surface.
Remove the radiator cover (page 9-4
).
Remove the radiator drain bolt [1] and 0-ring
[2]
and
drain the coolant from the radiator.
Remove the radiator cap [3].
Remove the drain bolt [1] with sealing washer
[2]
from
the cylinder and drain the coolant from the engine.
Reinstall the drain bolt
[1]
with a new sealing washer
[2]
onto the cylinder.
Do not apply engine
Reinstall the radiator drain bolt
[3]
with a new 0-ring
[4]
oil to this 0-ring.

Bleed air from the system

Start the engine and

it idle for 2 - 3 minutes.

Snap the throttle three or four times
to
bleed air from
the system.
3.
Stop the engine and add coolant up
to
the filler neck.
4.
Reinstall the radiator cap [2].
