REMOVAL/INSTALLATION
NOTE:
• Always turn the ignition switch OFF before removing
the battery.
'13 model: Unlock and open the seat.
Remove the trim clip
[1].
Remove the battery maintenance lid [2] from the
luggage box.
After '13 model: Unlock and open the seat.
Press the tabs [1] and remove the battery maintenance
lid
[2].
Release the battery band [1].
Remove the bolt
[2] and disconnect the negative (-)
cable [3].
Remove the bolt [4] and disconnect the positive (+)
cable [5].
Remove the battery [6].
Connect the Install the battery in the reverse order of removal.

negative terminal.
