INSPECTION
• Before inspection, check the rear brake system
(page 3-18).
Squeeze the rear brake lever and pull the brake lock
knob
[1].
Release the rear brake lever and brake lock knob.
Check that the brake lock knob
is
in
the locked position
[2]
and the rear wheel
is
locked completely.
Squeeze
and
hold the rear brake lever.
Press the brake lock knob while pushing
in
the center
button
[3],
check that the brake lock knob
is
in
the
released position
[4]
and the rear brake
is
fully released
so
there
is
no
drag
on
the rear wheel.
If there
is
an
abnormality
in
the above inspection,
inspect the following:

the
brake
lock:
