Brake Side Plate Spring
• Measure the free length “a”.
• If the free length “a” is shorter than the limit, replace
the spring with a new one.
Brake side plate spring free length “a”
Service limit: 20.2 mm (0.80 in)
Rear Brake Pressure Plate
Inspect the rear brake pressure plate for wear or
damage. If any wear or damage is found, replace it with
a new one.
Inspect the balls for wear or damage. If any wear or
damage is found, replace them with new ones.
