30.4.35 Radar Altimeter or Radio AGL
NOTE
If “Radio AGL” is enabled on the LRU Configuration Page, a “Radio AGL” option will
be available from the main configuration menu. If an ARINC 429 Radar Altimeter is
assigned to an ARINC 429 input, a Radar Altimeter option will be available from the main
configuration menu.
Antenna Height (Garmin GHA 15 only) - Measure the physical distance between the GHA 15 and
ground. Input this value into the Antenna Height input box and select the appropriate measurement units.
The measured distance for antenna height can be offset if the zero foot point is desired to be at a different
height than mounted unit height on ground (for example, while flaring). Unit may show negative height
while on ground if measured unit distance is offset.
Maximum Displayed Altitude - Sets the maximum radar altitude or radio AGL value for which a data
field will be displayed on the PFD. When above this value, the PFD data field will be removed from the
display.
30.4.36 Save & Reboot Button
After all configuration changes have been made, use the Save & Reboot button to save all changes and
return to normal mode.
The System Page is used to display LRU (device) specific information such as Software Version, Unit
ID’s, System ID’s, and Database information for the various databases used by the GDU 4XX. This page
has no user-selectable options. Faults are indicated by a Red X next to the affected LRU.

), use the Touch Panel or a Move Selector Knob to select and
view the System Information Page. The user may scroll the Device List box and the selected
device’s info by using the Touch Panel or a Move Selector Knob.
2. Press the Back key to return to the Configuration Mode page when finished (if desired).
