D.4 GDU 4XX
D.4.1 GPS Specifications
The GDU 4XX uses a high-sensitivity GPS receiver that continuously tracks and uses up to 12 satellites to
compute and update its position. In an installation with multiple GDU 4XX units, each GDU can be
configured to use its own internal GPS receiver, or to receive GPS data transmitted by another GDU. At
least one GDU must be equipped with a GPS antenna. See Section 30.4.24
for further information.
D.4.2 Environmental Specifications
The GDU 4XX has an Operating Temperature Range of -20°C to +60°C.
