TRAY 1/2 PAPER FEED UNIT (7255/7272)

Caution: Trays 1/2 have the same mechanism.

*1 Paper lift-up
a) Hoisting of up/down plate
Paper feed trays are driven by wires. When a
paper tray is loaded, the tray up drive motor/
1(M16)/2(M17) rotates to wind the wires
around the drive pulleys and consequently
the up/down plate in the tray moves up. When
the tray upper limit PS/1(PS2)/2(PS8) detects
the actuator of the roller that has been moved
up by paper, the tray up drive motor/1(M16)/
2 (M17) stops.
