Cantilevered Payloads
The following guidelines are provided when designing offset material carriers that are
mounted on the puck for straight track applications that use standard MagneMover LITE
motors. Contact your Motion Solutions Consultant or Technical Support (see Rockwell Auto-
mation Support on page 486) for design guidelines for applications using curves or switches.
The maximum load that is indicated in Table 3-4 includes the weight of the carrier and the
material being carried.
NOTE: Off-centered (cantilevered) loads and/or large inertia loads can affect system perfor-
mance depending on the configuration of the system.
