• Screw, Shoulder, SS, M6 x 1 x 11 L, 8 Dia x 10 L (2X).
• Washer, Elastomer Gasket, 8 mm X 15 mm (2X).
• Replace Wheeled Puck Wear Surfaces, 2-Wheel Pucks procedure on page 416.
• Linkage Plate, Thrust Bearing, Puck, ML.
• Fixture, Tandem Linkage Plate Installation.
• 10005809492 – ICD, Wheeled Puck, Assy, Linkage Plate Detail (Ref).
• Metric hex wrench set.
• Torque wrench.
• Loctite 243, Thread locker Anaerobic Adhesive, Blue.
• Isopropyl Alcohol.
Disassemble Tandem Puck Assembly
1. Remove the tandem wheeled puck from the MagneMover LITE transport system (see
Replace Pucks on page 399).
2. Place the tandem puck linkage plate installation fixture (shown in Figure 7-27) on a
flat surface.
3. Place the tandem wheeled puck in the fixture as shown in Figure 7-27.

4. Remove the two M6 shoulder screws and the washers that secure the linkage plate to
the two pucks with a 4 mm hex wrench as shown in Figure 7-28 and dispose of prop-
erly.
