• Standard Motor Mount – Used to mount the motor to the top of the beam support
structure. Serves as a conduit for cable management and for fastening the cable chase
covers (not shown).
• Glide Puck (Vehicle) with Magnet Array – Slides on the integral rails and carries the
payload through the MM LITE transport system as directed. The magnet array is
mounted to the vehicle (puck) and interacts with the motors, which move each vehicle
independently.

• Top Plate – Provides a mounting surface for the payload and a low friction
support for the puck when moving.
• Septum – Provides guidance for the puck when moving through switches.
• Center Plate – Makes sure that the puck stays centered in the track and pro-
vides protection for the bottom of the rails when carrying unbalanced loads or
when moving through curves at high velocity.
• Magnet Array – Interacts with the motors, which move the vehicle.
• UHMW Strip – Provides a low friction surface to help prevent damage if there
is contact between the magnet array and the motor.
• Wheeled Puck (Vehicle) with Magnet Array – Rides on the integral rails and carries
the payload through the MM LITE transport system as directed. The magnet array is
mounted to the vehicle (puck) and interacts with the motors, which move each vehicle
independently.
