Installing Ethernet Motor Communication Cables
The MagneMover LITE Ethernet motors can use different network style connection schemes
depending on the application. See Ethernet Motor Communication Recommendations on
page 90 and Ethernet Motor Connection Examples on page 91. The following procedure pro-
vides steps for connecting the motors as shown in the simplified wiring diagrams in
Figure 5-21 and Figure 5-22.
See Figure 4-57 on page 210 and Figure 4-59 on page 215 for the communication connection
locations on the motors and switches. See the Node Controller Hardware User Manual,
MMI-UM013, for the communication connection locations on the node controllers. See
Figure 5-23 for a detailed example.
