2. Attach the mounting bracket to the surface where the pump is being installed.
3. Connect the tubing to the lubrication connectors on the precision rail.
4. Route the tubing to the pump so it is shielded from damage and can be easily accessed
for service.
5. Remove the plug from the lubricator pump one-touch fitting and immediately replace
it with the tubing to the rail.
To remove the plug, pull back on the connector face and pull out the plug.
6. Route the control cable from the pump to the power supply so it is shielded from dam-
age and can be easily accessed for service.
7. Connect the control cable to the power supply.
8. An initial coating of oil is required on the entire track before operating the precision
rail system with auto lubrication.
NOTICE The bearings on the vehicles distribute the oil on the
track. The vehicles must be in motion when the pump
is activated, otherwise the oil drips from the ports in
the rail.
