•In Chapter 7, Maintenance, added procedures for Glide Puck Cleaning and Program
RS-422 Motors. Added Node Controller Troubleshooting and information on Ordering
Parts.
Updated the following:
• Updated the Overview Note in this section.
• Updated all figures to show MM LITE G4 motors.
•In the About This Manual chapter, updated the list of Related Documentation.
•In Chapter 1, Introduction, updated the Transport System Components Overview to
include the NC-12 node controller. Updated the Transport System Software Overview
to include new Type files and updated the descriptions of existing Type files.
•In Chapter 2, Safety Guidelines, updated all magnet safety warnings and added to Per-
sonnel Safety Guidelines. Updated all figures to show current labeling. Updated the
Recycling and Disposal Information to include all node controllers.
•In Chapter 4, Specifications and Site Requirements, consolidated connector location,
exclusion zone, and mechanical drawings for all components. Updated the electrical
specifications for all components to include connector pinouts and corrected connector
identification. Updated the environmental specifications.
• Updated, and moved to Chapter 7, Maintenance, the rail adjustment procedure.
•In Chapter 5, Installation, simplified the network switch mounting information.
Updated Software installation and configuration information.
•In Chapter 6, Operation, updated the Shutdown procedure.
•In Chapter 7, Maintenance, updated the General Cleaning procedure to allow clean-
ing while the system is energized. Updated the Replace Glide Puck Wear Surfaces pro-
cedure for G4 pucks. Updated the Shipping procedures.
•In the Appendix, updated the Transport System Limits.
• Updated the Glossary.

Rail Option Hazard Locations and Labels for the precision rail components.
• Recycling and Disposal Information for the MagneMover LITE system.
•In Chapter 3, Design Guidelines, added the recommendation to use a low friction bar-
rier on the magnet array or motor to the Vehicle Design section. Added Transport Sys-
tem Options, which includes the Precision Rail and the Precision Locator.
•In Chapter 4, Specifications and Site Requirements, added mechanical drawings for
the railless motors, the G4.2 and G4.3 pucks, the G4.2 and G4.3 tandem pucks, and the
G4.2 magnet array.
