1) Is the copy data controller/NE controller connected firmly? (con-
nector J525 and J526 on the DC controller PCB)
NO: Connect it firmly.
DC controller PCB, Copy data controller/NE controller
2) Try replacing the copy data controller/NE controller. Is the problem
corrected?
NO: Replace the DC controller PCB.
YES: End.

Side deck driver PCB
1) Is there electrical continuity between the connectors on the side
deck driver PCB indicated inthe following table?
NO: Replace the side deck driver PCB.
Deck main motor (M101), DC controller PCB
2) Try replacing the deck main motor (M101) of the side deck. Is the
problem corrected?
YES: End.
NO: Check the harness from the DC controller PCB to the motor; if
normal, replace the DC controller PCB.
