Foreign matter
1) Is there foreign matter that prevents the rotation of the fan around
the drum fan?
YES: Remove the foreign matter.
Connector
2) Is the connector J512 on the DC controller PCB connected se-
curely?
NO: Connect the connector securely.
Drum fan (FM8), DC controller PCB
3) Try replacing the drum fan (FM8). Is the problem corrected?
NO: End.
YES: Replace the DC controller PCB.

the pre-transfer charging assembly?
YES: Remove the foreign matter.
Connector
2) Is the connector J504 on the DC controller PCB connected se-
curely?
NO: Connect the connector securely.
Pre-transfer charging fan (FM10), DC controller PCB
3) Try replacing the pre-transfer charging assembly fan (FM10). Is
the problem corrected?
NO: End.
YES: Replace the DC controller PCB.
