5 Troubleshooting Feeding Faults
5.1 Paper Jams
Inside the machine, paper jams tend to occur in one of the following locations:
[1] Pickup assembly
[2] Separation/feeding assembly
[3] Fixing delivery assembly
[4] Drum cleaner assembly
[5] Holding tray assembly
[6] Feeding assembly
The discussions of paper jams that follow are arranged according to these locations.
The location of a jam and its nature may be checked in the machine’s service mode
(COPIER>DISPLAY>JAM).
