016-402 802.1x Authentication Failure by Timing Out RAP
No response signal is received from “Authentication device” physical network-connection with
the M/C. Authentication timeout.
Procedure
Check switch setting and network connection of “Authentication device” physical network-con-
nection with M/C and connect it properly.
016-403 802.1x Certificate Failure RAP
(1) Root certificate is not stored in M/C.
(2) M/C root certificate and authentication server certificate are not the same.
Procedure
(1) Store root certificate in M/C
(2) Conform authentication server certificate to M/C root certificate, or to conform M/C root cer-
tificate to server certificate.
