1. Replace the Xero/Developer Cartridge.

1. Foreign substances are blocking the ROS Laser.
2. Developer material clogging on the Developer Magnetic Roll due to foreign substances.
Corrective Action
1. Clean the light path between the ROS and the Xero/Developer Cartridge and the seal glass.
2. Replace the Xero/Developer Cartridge.
