024-372 IOT-ESS Communication Failure 22 RAP
An illegal instruction for IOT Port number or time-out timing or the pointer or transfer size was
detected.
Procedure
Check that P/Js 402 on the MCU PWB (PL 9.1) and P/J 310 on the ESS PWB (PL 9.2) are
securely connected.
Reload Firmware (ADJ 9.3.1).
Replace the MCU PWB (PL 9.1). If the problem persists, replace the ESS PWB (PL 9.2).
024-373 IOT-ESS Communication Failure 23 RAP
In response to a message packet from the Controller, the acknowledgement packet was not
received within the specified time even after the specified number of attempts.
Procedure
Check that P/Js 402 on the MCU PWB (PL 9.1) and P/J 310 on the ESS PWB (PL 9.2) are
securely connected.
Reload Firmware (ADJ 9.3.1).
Replace the MCU PWB (PL 9.1). If the problem persists, replace the ESS PWB (PL 9.2).
