Procedure
Ask customer to cancel and rerun the job.
Perform Hard Disk Diagnostic Program.
If the problem persists replace the HDD (PL 9.2).
116-714 HP-GL/2 Command RAP
There is a command error in the HP-GL/2 (Hewlett Packard printer control language)
