In some countries, the App Con- nect Wireless
function may be restricted or even unavailable due
to legal requirements. This may also be indicated
by a message in the infotainment system. Running
App-Connect via cable is not affected by this
limitation and can continue to be used.

phone connection may be charged for.
The range of applications can be very varied
and designed for a particular vehicle or country.
The content and volume of applications, as well as
the companies offering them, may vary. Some
applications are also dependent on the availability
of third party services.

will work on all mobile phone devices or with all
mobile phone operating systems.
The apps offered by Volkswagen may be changed,
cancelled, deactivated, reactivated and extended
without prior notification.
To avoid distracting the driver, only certified
applications may be used while driving.
Using apps while driving can distract attention
from traffic. If the driver is distracted, it can lead
to an accident and injury.
