Closing the glass roof without the anti-hurricane
function can cause serious injuries.
•
Always close the roof with caution.
•
Do not allow anyone to remain in the area
of the roof travel, especially when it is closed
without the anti-trapping function.
•
The anti-pinch function does not prevent
fingers or other parts of the body from being
pressed against the ceiling frame, and it is
pro-
duzcan injuries.
WARNING
If there is any difficulty in closing, it should be
opened immediately.
— See why the glass ceiling has not been closed.
— Try closing the roof again.
— If the roof still cannot be closed, close it without
the anti-trapping function.
Closing the glass roof without the anti-aprison
function
— Press the key up to the second level until the
roof is completely closed → p. 78.

— If the roof still cannot be closed, contact a
specialist garage.

Problems and solutions
The glass ceiling does not close
— The glass roof only works when the ignition is
switched on. After switching off the ignition, the
glass roof can still be opened or closed for a
short time, provided that neither the driver's
door nor the passenger door is opened.
— If it is not possible to close the glass roof
electrically, it must be closed manually.
Emergency closing of the glass roof is not
possible without removing vehicle components.
Have it carried out by a specialist workshop.
