Special feature of the flexible service
In the case of flexible service, you only have to
perform an oil change service when the vehicle
needs it. The individual conditions of use and
personal driving style are taken into account when
calculating when it is necessary. An important
component of the flexible service is the use of
LongLife oil instead of conventional engine oil.

If you do not want the flexible service, you can opt
for the fixed service. However, this service may have
an
impact on your service costs.

will be happy to advise you.
Service interval indicator
In Volkswagen, the service dates are shown in the
instrument cluster display by the service interval
indicator → p. 26 and in the vehicle settings of the
infotainment system.
→ The service interval indicator shows the dates
of services including an engine oil change or an
inspection. When it is time for a service, other
necessary additional work, such as changing the
brake fluid and spark plugs, can also be carried
out.
