Objects which are not secured in the vehicle could
be thrown out of the passenger compartment in
the event of braking, sudden manoeuvring or an
accident and cause serious injury.

warning triangle and fire extinguisher to the
appropriate brackets in the vehicle.

easy reach.

Depending on the equipment, the first-aid kit can

Pre-signalling triangle

Depending on the equipment, there may be a
warning triangle on the tailgate. With the tailgate
open, grasp the warning triangle.
The warning triangle must be pushed through the
recess and rotated 90° towards the front of the
vehicle. Then pull the triangle out of the hole.
The pre-signalling triangle shall comply with the
legal provisions.
After use, place it back in the holder.
Reflective waistcoat
Depending on the equipment, the reflective
waistcoat may be located in a storage
compartment in the front door trim or in the
glovebox → page 9,
→ p. 12.
The reflective waistcoat shall comply with the
legal requirements.
Fire extinguisher
Depending on the equipment, a fire extinguisher
may be housed in a holder in the passenger
footwell under the seat.
The extinguisher must comply with the legal
requirements, always be in a serviceable condition
and be regularly inspected (see inspection label on
the extinguisher).
