Various situations

Changing the windscreen wiper blades
Before raising the wiper arms, set them to the

To lift a wiper arm, grasp it only by the area
where the wiper blade is attached.
Hold down the release button and at the same
time pull the wiper blade in the direction of the
arrow → fig. 153 1 .
Insert a new wiper blade of the same length
and type into the wiper arm until it clicks into
place.
Carefully rest the wiper arms on the windscreen
wiper.
If necessary, have the LED lighting units checked
and, if necessary, replaced by a specialist
workshop.
Driving with defective exterior lighting devices may
be prohibited.
Additional lamp specifications
The specifications of some of the factory-fitted
headlamp or rear lamps may differ from those of
the standard lamps. The corresponding designation
is shown on the lamp socket or on the bulb bulb.
If the wiper blades are damaged or dirty, they can
scratch the windows.
Do not use products containing solvents, rough
sponges or sharp objects to clean the wiper
blades, as they may damage the graphite layer.
