Operation and visualisation in the infotainment
system
If the automatic key assignment is deactivated,
the key assignment is also deleted. When the
infotainment system is switched on, the last user
who was active in the vehicle will always be
displayed.
Synchronise vehicle settings
The vehicle settings changed in the vehicle are
automatically assigned to the active user account
and cyclically saved online. Synchronisation of the
vehicle settings with the data saved online is also
performed automatically in the following situations,
provided that there is an Internet connection:
—
When the ignition is switched on and the
infotainment system is switched on (all recently
used user accounts stored in the vehicle are
synchronised).
—
When changing user accounts (the activated and
deactivated accounts are synchronised).
—
When the ignition is switched off at the end of
the journey (the last active user account is
synchronised).
You can also manually initiate the synchronisation
at any time in the user administration menu (e.g.
if the automatic synchronisation failed when
logging in). Synchronisation cannot be performed
automatically if the online status of the vehicle is
impaired, e.g. in underground garages, or if you
have activated the "Maximum priority" mode.
If an inactive user account is active in
another vehicle and settings are synchronised
from
There, these adjustments will also be debited from
your vehicle and assigned to the corresponding
account.
