Remove: Turn the hub cap to the left or right
until it comes off the rim.

Reach behind one of the weights and pull out
the hub cap.

Fitting: Place the hub cap on the centre of the
rim.

Press the hubcap against the rim until you feel
it click into place.

The integral hub cap protects the wheel bolts and
must be refitted after the wheel has been
replaced.

Remove the wheel spanner and wire hook from
the on-board tools → p. 226.

Hook the wire hook into one of the holes in
the hub cap.

Insert the wheel spanner through the wire hook
→ fig. 187 and pull the hub cap in the direction
of the arrow.
Fitting the integral hub cap

Check that the anti-theft wheel bolt is fitted in
the correct position → p. 273.

Press the hubcap onto the rim, matching the
valve hole with the tyre valve. Make sure that
the entire contour of the hubcap fits correctly.
